About Christine

Financial decisions become more meaningful—and often more complex—as life evolves. I work with individuals who want thoughtful guidance, a clear strategy, and a trusted relationship they can rely on over time.

My goal is to help you make confident decisions about your financial life, so you can move forward with clarity and peace of mind.

I was born and raised in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii, and I’ve always valued the importance of community, responsibility, and long-term thinking.

I began my career in financial services in 2003 after realizing how meaningful it is to help people plan for their future and make informed decisions about their lives. What started as an interest quickly became a long-term commitment to guiding others through important financial transitions.

My Approach

I believe a financial strategy is about more than numbers. It’s about understanding what matters most to you—your family, your future, and the life you want to create.

I take a complete, personalized approach to financial strategies—looking at the full picture, not just one piece at a time. That includes your goals, investments, risk strategies, tax considerations, and long-term priorities.

I work with clients on a continuous basis, providing guidance, regular reviews, and adjustments as life changes. This is not a one-time strategy—it’s a relationship built over time.

Who I Work Best With

I typically work with mid-career professionals to retirees who are looking for more than just occasional guidance. My clients value having a trusted financial professional they can turn to for guidance, perspective, and long-term strategies.

They're thinking about retirement, being more intentional about taxes, and making sure their financial decisions support both their lifestyle and the legacy they want to leave.

Background & Credentials

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, am a CFP® professional, and a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®). These designations reflect my commitment to providing thoughtful, well-informed guidance.

I live in Kailua on Oahu with my husband and our two sons. I’m actively involved in the community, including volunteering with the CFP Board, CFA Society Hawaii, Enchanted Lake Elementary PTA, and mentoring a local robotics team.

Being part of my community is important to me, and I’m proud to support individuals and families here as they plan for their future.

If you’re looking for a more thoughtful, relationship-based approach to financial planning, I’d be happy to start with a conversation.
